MAMAK'S CORNER

At Mamak’s Corner Rajan Belani showcases his authentic Singapore Indian cuisine with items like Nasi Biryani, a South Indian saffron basmati rice served with chicken, lamb, or fish curry, pickled vegetables, and papadom. Customers can also enjoy his rotis selection with different kinds of flatbreads - prata, murtabak and chapati - and fill them with chicken or lamb curry. Thosai, also known as dosas, are served with dhal and coconut chutney. Rotis are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rajan started his culinary career at Padi@Bussorah before going off on his own. He's thrilled to bring his take on Singapore Indian cuisine to New York City for the first time.
