THE SLING BAR

The Sling Bar showcases a seasonal menu of “Singapore Slangs”: gin-based, complex flavored cocktails. There is an original, inspired by Bartender Ngiam Tong Boon’s recipe from Long Bar at Raffles Hotel in Singapore, as well as inventive versions incorporating rose milk syrup, a Slingarita, Sakura Sling, and more. Local gins like Tanglin and Brass Lion are celebrated at The Sling Bar. The moody tropical bar transports guests from New York to Singapore, sip by sip.
